Composition

Composition in an oil painting is the overall relationship of colour, value and form. The way in which the various elements of a painting are brought together can obviously make an enormous difference to the overall effect, and therefore experience in this area is invaluable.

During tuition you will learn about colour relationships, lighting effects, balance and leading the viewer's eye.
