An Overview of the Tuition

This is much more than just a few 'handy tips' about oil painting. This is a real grounding in oil painting through a well-planned sequence of lessons given personally by a professional oil painter.

The tuition has been designed to take any beginner from the foundations of oil painting on up towards the ability to independently make their own oil paintings.

The tuition is equally appropriate for those with some experience of oil painting, who have unanswered questions or want to take their paintings to a new level.

Special exercises, painting demonstrations and being guided through paintings form the main part of the tuition.

All styles of painting and subject matter are embraced.

The painting tuition caters for the following people:

Absolute beginners

Art students (GCSE, A-level, Degree)

Experienced oil painters wishing to improve their painting

Tuition is usually done on a one-to-one basis, but can be delivered to two or three people at once, if requested.
